TIMELINE & DETAILS MEETING (30 DAYS PRIOR)
A comprehensive call or in-person meeting to finalize your wedding day timeline and event logistics.
REHEARSAL COORDINATION
Full facilitation of your rehearsal, guiding your wedding party through the process, including where to stand, how to walk, and overall ceremony flow.
DAY-OF MANAGEMENT
On-site coordination to ensure everything stays on schedule and runs smoothly. Includes full setup and teardown of your personal décor, as well as serving as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and the venue
PARTIAL PLANNING
For couples who want support during planning, without full-service planning. This package includes Day-of Coordination, plus a few meetings and a clear checklist to help you stay organized and confident as you plan.
